All sections manufactured to AS/NZS 3679.1 Grade 300 with mill test certificates. Parallel Flange Channels (PFC) and Equal/Unequal Angles available for secondary framing. Our structural engineers provide connection design, member sizing, and AS 4100 compliance documentation for building consents. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
All structural steel meets minimum yield strength 300MPa and tensile strength 430MPa. Chemical composition and mechanical properties certified by mill. Dimensional tolerances per AS/NZS 3679.1 for straightness, twist, and cross-section. Surface condition suitable for painting or galvanizing. We supply structural hollow sections (SHS, RHS, CHS) in addition to open sections. Technical support for material selection, connection design, and construction detailing.
