HOT-DIP GALVANIZED STEEL
Our hot-dip galvanized steel products feature zinc coating weights from Z275 to Z600 for superior corrosion protection in harsh New Zealand coastal and industrial environments. Available in structural sections (beams, channels, angles, RHS, SHS), mesh, grating, and fasteners. All products meet AS/NZS 4680 galvanizing standards with minimum 85 micron coating thickness. Expected service life of 50+ years in most applications without maintenance.
GALVANIZED SHEET & COIL
We supply continuous galvanized sheet and coil (CGI) in thicknesses from 0.4mm to 6mm with zinc coating grades G300, G550, and high-strength G450. Products include Zincalume® (aluminum-zinc alloy coating) for roofing and cladding applications. Available in standard coil widths 600mm to 1500mm, or pre-cut sheets. Mill-finish or Colorbond® pre-painted options in 20+ colors. Ideal for roofing, wall cladding, ducting, and outdoor fabrications.
CUSTOM GALVANIZING SERVICES
We offer batch hot-dip galvanizing services for customer-supplied fabrications up to 12m length. Our galvanizing bath accommodates structural steel frames, handrails, stairs, gates, and custom metalwork. Post-galvanizing services include chromate passivation for enhanced corrosion resistance, and powder coating over galvanized for color finishes. Technical support includes design review for galvanizing suitability, vent hole placement, and AS/NZS 4680 compliance. Fast turnaround with pickup and delivery available.
