Our fastener range includes high-strength structural bolts from M12 to M36 in grades 8.8 and 10.9 for steel construction per AS/NZS 1252. Fully threaded and partially threaded options for different connection types. Hot-dip galvanized finish for corrosion protection in exposed applications. Matching nuts and washers supplied as complete bolt assemblies.
WELDED CONNECTIONS & PLATES
Steel connection plates and gussets laser-cut to custom designs. Welded cleats, brackets, and moment connection components. Base plates with anchor bolt patterns for column foundations. All fabrication to AS 4100 design standards with full weld certification available. Material grades from 250 to 400 MPa yield strength.
INSTALLATION & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Torque specifications and tightening procedures for structural bolts. Pre-tensioned bolt installation with calibrated torque wrenches. Connection design verification and load calculations. Supply of specialized tools including torque multipliers and impact wrenches. Training in proper installation techniques and quality control procedures.
