HYDRAULIC HOSE RANGE
Our hydraulic hose inventory includes single-wire braid hoses (SAE 100R1) for pressures up to 250 bar in sizes from 1/4" to 2". Double-wire braid hoses (SAE 100R2) for higher pressures up to 400 bar. Four-spiral hoses (SAE 100R12) for extreme pressure applications up to 420 bar. All hoses tested to ISO 18752 standards with full traceability.
HYDRAULIC FITTINGS & ADAPTERS
JIC 37° flare fittings in steel and stainless steel from 1/4" to 2" sizes. BSP parallel and tapered thread fittings for compatibility with NZ and Australian equipment. Metric fittings (DIN 2353) for European machinery. Quick-release couplings (ISO 7241 Series A and B) for fast equipment changeover without fluid loss.
HOSE ASSEMBLY & SERVICES
Custom hose assemblies crimped to exact lengths with chosen fittings. Mobile hose service with on-site crimping for emergency breakdowns. Hose testing and certification to AS 1180 standards. Preventive maintenance programs with scheduled hose replacement based on operating hours and pressure cycles. Technical training in proper hose selection, routing, and installation.
