Our boiler range includes fire-tube boilers from 500kg/hr to 10000kg/hr steam output for process and heating applications. Hot water boilers from 100kW to 5MW for district heating and industrial processes. Operating pressures from 5 bar to 20 bar with safety valves and pressure controls per AS 3814. Fuel options including natural gas, LPG, diesel, and biomass with automatic burner control systems.
BOILER ACCESSORIES & CONTROLS
Feedwater treatment systems including softeners, deaerators, and chemical dosing for scale and corrosion prevention. Blowdown systems for TDS control and heat recovery. Boiler controls including level controls, pressure controls, and flame safeguard systems. Economizers for flue gas heat recovery and efficiency improvement up to 90%.
INSTALLATION & COMPLIANCE
Complete boiler room design including ventilation, fuel supply, and water treatment. Pressure vessel certification and registration with WorkSafe NZ per AS 3873. Operator training and certification for boiler operation and maintenance. Annual inspections and statutory testing with comprehensive service reports. Energy audits and efficiency optimization for fuel cost reduction.
