EVAPORATIVE COOLING TOWERS
Our cooling tower range includes induced-draft and forced-draft designs from 50kW to 5MW heat rejection capacity. Counterflow and crossflow configurations for different space and performance requirements. Construction materials including galvanized steel, stainless steel, and FRP for corrosive water conditions. Cooling capacities based on 35°C ambient and 32/27°C water temperatures per CTI standards.
TOWER COMPONENTS & SYSTEMS
Fill media in PVC or PP for efficient heat transfer with low pressure drop. Drift eliminators for water loss reduction below 0.001% of circulation rate. Variable speed fan drives for energy-efficient operation and capacity control. Water treatment systems including chemical dosing, filtration, and UV sterilization for Legionella control per AS/NZS 3666.
INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE
Complete system design including pump sizing, piping layout, and electrical controls. Structural support design for rooftop and ground-level installations. Commissioning and performance testing to verify heat rejection and water consumption. Maintenance contracts including quarterly inspections, water testing, and fill cleaning. Upgrades and retrofits for efficiency improvement and capacity increase.
